1. Eligibility

ShadowEscaper is an access tool for current students and staff of BASIS International School Hangzhou (BIBSC). By signing up you confirm you meet that requirement and that the laws applicable to your jurisdiction permit your use.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use ShadowEscaper to violate any applicable law, attempt to access another user’s account, resell or redistribute connection credentials, or run abusive traffic against third-party services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.

3. Plans & payment

Standard: ¥300 per year, shared IP route.
Premium: ¥400 per year, dedicated IP.
Setup fee: ¥30 one-time fee, coordinated manually through WeChat.

Payment is processed manually via WeChat. Activation typically occurs within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Plans are billed annually with no automatic renewal.

4. Refunds

Because subscriptions are activated manually after payment, refunds are evaluated case-by-case within 7 days of activation. Contact the dev team via the WeChat ID shown in the dashboard.

5. Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may pause access for maintenance, capacity issues, or upstream outages.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages or any consequences arising from your use.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts.
